Within the scope of educational and practical activities of the Agora Erasmus+ Program (2019) in Athens, Fotoessa arranged a visit to the Embassy of Netherlands where Ms. Natasha Apostolidi introduced the Orange Grove program for startups. Orange Grove supports young people and young companies, enables them to exchange ideas, cooperate and get help from mentors who are experienced in business and startups development. The program aims at helping the development of soft skills (project management, time management and dealing with stress) and mentality (cooperation, trust, taking initiative and addressing fear of failure), learning know-how and getting access to networks. Ms. Apostolidi presented examples of successful stories and advised Agora participants on improving the essential pitching skills.
