The workshop included an ice-breaker and a raising awareness training activity called \u201cWhat do you see?\u201d from the Anna Lindh\u2019s Intercultural Citizenship Education in the Euro-Mediterranean region handbook. These activities gave the opportunity to the 17 participants to practice empathy and critical thinking, to recognise stereotypes and beliers, to accept relativity of knowledge and diversity. The group of participants were challenged to observe and get to know each other, as well as to reflect on how they perceive others according to their judgment, what self-projections were made, what differences, similarities and common values emerged.
