Fotoessa members, John Sourelis and Aspasia Protogerou, had the privilege to attend the peer-to-peer e-learning of the ALF Hands-On training programme: “Crafting impactful projects: a guide to intercultural project management” facilitated by Aequalitas, from 18th to 27th of February 2025.
In this training course, expert Facilitator, Monica Salas Corrigan, and Course Designer & Logistics Lead, Mehdi Mribah, helped participants enhance project management skills specifically designed for civil society practitioners focused on intercultural dialogue, equipped them with practical tools for developing impactful intercultural projects and foster collaboration and understanding among various cultural communities. At the same time, participants had the opportunity to work on a real case project of their choice and have a draft project proposal ready by the end of the course.

- Designing project frameworks
- Stakeholder engagement and partnership building
- Writing effective project proposals
- Monitoring and evaluation of intercultural projects
- Interactive learning and peer review
